Integrated nitrogen and oxygen gas mixing cabinet for laser cutting CAB / 01
WHEN THE CABINET FITS

Choose the packaged form when you want to reduce in-house integration work

The cabinet combines the mixed-gas control functions in an external enclosure. Final compatibility still depends on the plant gas sources, pressure, flow, laser demand and installation conditions.

CONTROL SCOPE

One packaged platform for ratio, pressure and flow control

The cabinet performs the same core mixed-gas function as the compact valve. The difference is product form and the amount of integration work retained by the customer.

GAS INPUT

Conditioned N₂ and O₂

Stable sources and suitable upstream regulation are required before the cabinet.

Supply conditions are checked before quotation.

CONTROL

Ratio, pressure and flow

The cabinet regulates the mixed-gas output around the selected cutting application.

Settings depend on the process conditions.

INSTALLATION

External packaged enclosure

The cabinet is positioned as a complete external control product rather than an internal OEM component.

Site piping and commissioning still require review.

APPLICATION EVIDENCE

Existing cutting data remains attached to the cabinet platform

The current site’s cutting parameters and recorded cases were developed around the integrated cabinet. They remain reference evidence for this product only and must be read with the recorded machine, material, thickness and gas conditions.

PARAMETERS

Reference cutting settings

Review published starting points by laser power and thickness.

Not universal process guarantees.

RESULTS

Recorded cutting examples

Inspect the existing samples and case conditions before drawing conclusions.

Results vary with the complete process.

SELECTION

Cabinet or compact valve

Compare integration responsibility, installation form and interfaces.

Both products perform the same core function.

CABINET QUESTIONS

What the packaged form changes

Does the cabinet and MSPV2_4000 perform the same function?

Yes. Both control N₂/O₂ mixed gas. The cabinet is a packaged external system; MSPV2_4000 is a compact integration product. They are alternatives, not serial components.

Is the cabinet plug-and-play with every laser?

No. Gas sources, pressure, flow, piping, laser demand and site installation must be checked before compatibility is confirmed.

What laser powers are covered by the current evidence?

The existing cabinet documentation and site evidence span 6–60 kW applications. That is evidence coverage, not automatic compatibility with every machine in that range.

APPLICATION ASSESSMENT

Prefer a packaged external mixed-gas system?

Send the gas-source and cutting conditions so we can check whether the cabinet format matches the project.
