MIXED-GAS CONTROL · CHOOSE ONE

Integrated Cabinet or MSPV2_4000?

Both products perform the same core function: N₂/O₂ mixing with controlled output. Choose one according to installation form, interfaces and the engineering work your team will retain.

Same core function · Alternative products · Never installed as a serial mixer pair

DECISION PRINCIPLE

Choose between two product forms—not between high and low grades

The cabinet packages the control function into an external system. MSPV2_4000 concentrates the same core function into a compact integration product. Neither is positioned as newer, better or subordinate to the other.

QUICK FIT

Start with the integration responsibility

PACKAGED EXTERNAL

Integrated Cabinet

Use when the buyer wants an enclosed external mixed-gas product and less surrounding integration work.

Still requires gas-source and site review.

COMPACT INTEGRATION

MSPV2_4000

Use when an OEM or retrofit team can own mechanical, electrical, gas-path and commissioning integration.

Interfaces must be assessed.

SEND THESE CONDITIONS

What lets us recommend one format

  • Laser brand, power, material and thickness range
  • N₂/O₂ sources, inlet pressure stability and required flow
  • Available installation space and preferred equipment form
  • Required control interface and engineering capability
  • Whether the project is an end-user installation, retrofit or OEM platform
COMPARISON QUESTIONS

Common product-selection misunderstandings

Should the cabinet and MSPV2_4000 be used together?

No. They are alternative mixed-gas controllers. Choose one for the project; do not arrange them as a serial mixer pair.

Is MSPV2_4000 the upgraded version of the cabinet?

No. It is a different product form for compact OEM and retrofit integration. The cabinet remains the packaged external option.

Which product gives better cutting results?

The current evidence does not support a universal winner. Cutting results depend on the complete machine, gas supply, settings, material and integration conditions.
