MSPV2 / 4000
MSPV2_4000 performs the same core mixed-gas function as the cabinet. It requires the integrator to assess enclosure, mounting, wiring, piping, upstream regulation and commissioning.
These values belong to MSPV2_4000 and are not evidence for the integrated cabinet.
Pressure and flow feedback are compared with the selected targets. The controller drives the valve mechanism to regulate gas ratio, flow and outlet pressure for the specified process.

Recommended inlet pressure is 1.5–1.6 MPa, with the N₂/O₂ inlet pressure difference kept within 100 kPa. Upstream regulation, check valves, clean gas, mounting and electrical integration remain part of the project assessment.
