WHEN THE COMPACT VALVE FITS

Choose compact integration when the customer or OEM can own the surrounding engineering

MSPV2_4000 performs the same core mixed-gas function as the cabinet. It requires the integrator to assess enclosure, mounting, wiring, piping, upstream regulation and commissioning.

CONTROL PRINCIPLE

Closed-loop feedback adjusts the proportional valve output

Pressure and flow feedback are compared with the selected targets. The controller drives the valve mechanism to regulate gas ratio, flow and outlet pressure for the specified process.

INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

Compact hardware does not remove the need for gas-path engineering

Recommended inlet pressure is 1.5–1.6 MPa, with the N₂/O₂ inlet pressure difference kept within 100 kPa. Upstream regulation, check valves, clean gas, mounting and electrical integration remain part of the project assessment.

OEM

New-machine integration

Integrate the controller into a machine platform with defined gas, electrical and control interfaces.

Requires engineering ownership.

RETROFIT

Existing-machine modification

Assess the available control signals, gas supply, enclosure and piping before modification.

Compatibility is project-specific.

NEAR PROCESS

Space-limited installation

Use the compact form where a full external cabinet is not the preferred mechanical arrangement.

Protection and access must still be designed.

INTEGRATION CHECK

Information required before recommending MSPV2_4000

  • Laser brand, power, controller and available control signals
  • Material and thickness range
  • N₂/O₂ source, inlet pressure, pressure stability and required flow
  • Preferred analog or NPN/PNP interface approach
  • Mounting space, enclosure protection, piping and commissioning responsibility
MSPV2_4000 QUESTIONS

What must be assessed before integration

Is MSPV2_4000 an internal part of the mixing cabinet?

No. MSPV2_4000 and the integrated cabinet are alternative products with the same core N₂/O₂ mixing and output-control function.

Do analog and NPN/PNP interfaces mean it fits every laser controller?

No. They are available interface types. Signal definitions, voltage, logic and the complete control sequence must be checked for the target machine.

Can we buy MSPV2_4000 directly on DHgate now?

A dedicated product listing is not yet available. The current link opens the SAGEMRO store; use the compatibility inquiry for product-specific assessment.
