Standard Order Flow

Inquiry and technical assessment based on your machine and cutting scenario.
Configuration confirmation, quotation, shipping discussion, and commercial terms.
Formal proforma invoice issued by Jinan Euchio Machinery Co., Ltd.
T/T deposit paid to the bank account shown on the confirmed PI.
Production, inspection, shipping preparation, and balance payment before shipment.

Bank Account Safety

Bank details are provided only on the formal PI or confirmed business email.
Do not send payment to any account changed by an informal email or chat message.
If you receive a bank account change notice, verify it by calling our official phone number.
Use the PI number, company name, and project reference in the bank transfer remarks when possible.
